Lymphatic Massage

Lymphatic massage is designed to help the body’s fluid balance. If you have swelling or bloating, this might be what you need to return that excess fluid into your circulatory system. This massage requires very light pressure since you are moving fluid that is just under the skin. The goal is to move the fluid from your extremities to collecting ducts and then into the subclavian veins near your heart. Regular lymphatic massage can help the body regain its natural ability to regulate lymph flow after a surgical procedure.
