It works directly with the central nervous system to assist the body and mind to work together to bring the energetic body back to balance calmly and release physical as well as emotional tension. Much like traditional Swedish massage, tissue manipulation is a part of each polarity session, and each session is different from the other. You will experience euphoria of the mind while you relax and breathe, soothing the sprit at a soul level for life body and mind.
